The challenge now is to navigate this “hockey stick” growth without sacrificing the quality of our product, the level of our customer support, or our kick-ass corporate culture. Another super enjoyable read and yes I actually made it to the end! I appreciate the amount of detail outlining the business aspect of running a company from scratch to what it is now and having to figure out all the details along the way. It is something I cannot imagine myself ever doing and to do it successfully while growing so fast, but not too rapidly. It sounds like you've found a really good balance so far for the company. This is well deserved, I don't think I would have the patience to do 6 years of unpaid labor not knowing when I would be successful or if it would pay off! Kudos to you!
